David is a successful litigation and transactional attorney with a broad combination of legal and technical skills in patent, trademark and trade secret litigation; Inter Partes Review (IPR) proceedings; strategic patent portfolio management and prosecution; product clearance; invalidity and non-infringement opinions; technology licensing, as well as confidentiality and joint venture agreements. David is also a certified mediator and can be engaged as a neutral-mediator to aid parties in finding a resolution to their dispute outside of the courtroom.
